Ordered some cat food supplies over the phone at 5:57pm. By 6:11pm it had arrived to my door! These guys are the best! Love Pet Island!

A bit on the pricey side compared to buying online, but everything we've got there is high quality. Staff are super friendly, hours are very convenient, AND there's an adorable cat who will come to say hello.

I had a wonderful experience here earlier tonight! I just adopted a cat and was looking for a place nearby my friend's apt, and she recommended this place. I called and found out they close at 8:30pm, but the owner kindly said he could stay for additional 15 minutes. I ended up being there until a little after 9pm, and he always said take your time and don't rush! That was super nice of him, and I really appreciated his help! :) I have limited experience with cats so I was looking around the entire place for options for treats, litter, food, cat bed, scratching post, etc and everything was available with many options! I chose out of many options that he showed me, and he even helped me carry out litter and scratching post to the uber. The customer service here is top notch! I'd definitely recommend to check it out for any of your pet needs. The cat I had was eating Friskies, and he kindly told me that it's not great quality. My friend confirmed this by saying it's like McDonald's for cats, a lot of fillers and not nutritious. So I picked out other healthier, quality options with his help. I am so glad I stopped by and picked up everything! Also, the cat in there is super cute :D

I love this store! Not only do they have a fantastic selection of cat food, litter and other supplies, but they are also always very helpful in recommending the best solutions. It's a great small business with some of the best customer service around.

I didn’t actually shop here, but I called looking for a specific dog food. They didn’t have it in stock, but without my even asking, they suggested a good alternative with similar ingredients. I double checked online and they were spot-on. It was exactly the kind of advice I needed.

My senior dog started having poop accidents and if it weren't for Pet Island, I would be surrounded by poop as I waited for my online order of dog diaper and wee wee pads to arrive tomorrow! As great as online shopping is, it still cannot replace brick and mortar shops like Pet Island especially when it's staffed by someone like Marcus. I found him patient, helpful, and very compassionate. Thank you.

Been here a few times. Raphael was the person that helped me and was a nice guy. He gave me some free treats for my dog and gave me some advice on some good dog food to try for my dog. The store is small but very clean and organized.

I needed to get hairball medication for my cat and I chose Pet Island in Manhattan. I had been there before and the service was quick and efficient then and it is the same today. Their store has probably the most products for your pet. I recommended highly. I am not a bot.
